What You’ll Do

• Design & Build (Front-End): Create and maintain intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., - React, Vue, or Angular). Craft engaging experiences that allow users to harness the full power of our AI agents.

• Design & Build (Back-End): Architect scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems and APIs that serve as the backbone of our multi-agent orchestration platform. Work with cloud services, databases, and distributed systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams—design, product, data science—to develop features that push the boundaries of AI-driven automation.

• Optimize Performance: Ensure both front-end and backend services maintain efficiency and stability as user demands grow and complexity increases.

• Mentor & Lead: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Shape the Future: Experiment with emerging tools and technologies to elevate our platform, proposing creative solutions that expand what AI agents can do.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on full stack development.

• Front-End Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular). Familiarity with standard build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).

• Back-End Skills: Fluency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java). Experience designing and managing distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

• Infrastructure & Databases: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Leadership & Ownership: Ability to drive projects independently, mentor less-experienced engineers, and set high technical standards.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Thrives on tackling complex or ambiguous challenges, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability.
